IBNETPLAYER 1.09.403 Releases notes:

Client Manager:

1) Totaly Reconstructed, for more stability 
2) Generate files for sound
3) Generate smoke1.ini and lights.ini automatically
but don' t refresh IBEffects.ini and Eventualy lines
Cockpit = 0 or Light = 1 into the fx file
4) This version don' t create par.dat for every model
so is not comatible with the old IBNetPlayer Version

1) Some critical bug fixing
2) Sound System activated
(The Sound system work only with PCM 8bit format and ADPCM, any
other format don' t work, but you can convert it)
